Nail Bites

I started cleaning my nails with those fancy nail stuff (i.e. cuticle remover, pusher, etc) way back when I was in grade 4 basically because I was close to our house helper who was so fond of being artsy with her own nails. I go for subtle colors though, nothing too distracting, more like clean and classy, I suppose. As I got older, while the rest of my friends go for make up and other kikay stuff, I chose to differ and fancy nail polish instead. 

When I was in first year college, my block mates and I apply different colors of fascinating nail polish during our breaks. I got used to borrowing my classmates sets of colors. One day, it dawned on me that I had to have my own collection. Just in time, I had every right to create a wish list ’cause approaching was my 18th birthday.

I got these collection for Christmas 2008, though. It came as a surprise when my sister handed me a small box containing five different colors of nail polish and even of my favorite brand: Elianto! Five very striking colors I loved~

From left to right: pink, violet, blue, green and yellow. Each costs Php99.00. I like combining different colors; I could not settle for a single solid color on all ten fingernails. It has to be a unique combination. Watch out for my succeeding posts as I share different nail polish combinations each week!
